Cancellation of Subscription:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process it within 24 hours. Your subscription will be canceled immediately and you will not incur any further charges.

Refund Policy:

If you choose to cancel your subscription within one month from the start of the billing cycle, no amount will be deducted, and a full refund will be issued. For cancellations after the first month, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. This means we will deduct an amount equivalent to the service used, based on the monthly rate calculated from your billing cycle.

The refund for the remaining balance will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours.
